I just accidentally reassigned a ticket how do I get it back to how it was? I was trying to share the passes with my other guests

Hi, Liz! I've always chuckled at the phrase, "Technology is great until it isn't." Doesn't this just sum up how frustrating it feels when things don't go the way we want, especially when planning a vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth? Well, it's the Disney Parks Moms Panel to the rescue!

Luckily, I think we've got an easy solution for you. If the ticket has not yet been used, you can reassign a ticket to another person on your Family & Friends list. Since it sounds like you'd like to reverse this process, you'll need to have the guest to who you already reassigned the ticket, log into their own My Disney Experience account, and visit the 'My Reservations' section. Then, they will need to locate the ticket and select the "Reassign Ticket" link on the right. They should be able to click on your name from the drop-down menu. If all else fails, call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357.

I hope this helps, Liz! If you need any more advice for your trip nest month, remember we're all ears!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania! I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique. It's incredible how many people you can find who love talking about "The Most Magical Place On Earth!" I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at my monthly Bunco club for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
