I accidentally purchased four children (3-9) tickets instead of two children + two adults. Can I change two children tickets to adult tickets?

Hey there, hi there, Jennifer! Welcome, and thank you so much for your question.

I have heard it said that everyone is a kid again at Walt Disney World, but as much as I believe that, I still think they're going to want you to swap your tickets for adult tickets. And honestly, you are not the first person to have done this. I speak from personal knowledge, with an eye roll from my husband, who was once asked if he thought his five o'clock shadow would be a telltale sign that he wasn't an eight-year-old.

The best way to do this is to reach out to Guest Services. The phone lines are super busy right now, but if you can make your call either first thing when they open at 7 AM or closer to the 11 PM closing time, you may not have as long to wait. There are also chat options, both on the website, and on your My Disney Experience app on your phone. That may be a bit quicker.

Once you get the correct tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, Jennifer, don't forget to make your theme park reservations. I would hate to see you miss a chance to go to the parks you want on the days you want to go.

I hope you are soon making magical memories with your family, Jennifer!
