    I just accidentally purchased 4 -3day tickets, I thought I still had a chance to review everything before final purchase. How do I start the refund process? Thank You.

    Hi Brian and welcome to planDisney! I’m sorry to hear about your theme park ticket issue. Thanks for sending us your question. 

    The best way to sort this out, is by calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. Cast Members will be able to help you adjust your tickets, give you a credit toward new ticket purchases and get your tickets in order in time for your next magical visit.  

    You will notice a few changes to the planning process when it comes to visiting the Disneyland Resort in the coming months. It’s important to make a theme park reservation before your visit. You can do so via your Disneyland App or by following the instructions on this web page

    Brian, I also suggest reading about the experience updates that will be in place when we all return to the Disneyland Resort. This way you will know just what to expect when you arrive.
