I accidentally purchased 6 children tickets instead of adults. They names are correct on the tickets. Am I able to modify them? Thank you

    Hi there, Essie!

Thanks for bringing your great question our way! I'm so excited to hear that you'll be experiencing the holidays at the Disneyland Resort in a few weeks. With so much to see and do, you're sure to have an extra magical trip! But oh, bother – I'm sorry to hear that you accidentally purchased children tickets instead of adult tickets. I'd be happy to help!

First, make sure that you have theme park reservations made for your theme park tickets. Then, head to the main entrance ticket booths once you arrive to upgrade to adult tickets! Explain your situation to a Cast Member, specifically mentioning that you have theme park reservations made for that day. They'll be happy to help you with the process of upgrading your tickets! My best tip would be to arrive as early as you can so you don't miss a minute of the magic. Be sure to also have your original form of payment as well as photo ID! Additionally, you may want to call a Cast Member in Tickets, in case they're able to upgrade your tickets before you arrive. But if not, have no fear – upgrading at the main entrance ticket booths will be a great option for you!

To make the most out of your magical vacation, I'd also recommend that the adults in your travel party download and explore the Disneyland app. This app feels a little like holding a magic wand in your hand, allowing you to unlock everything that the Happiest Place on Earth has to offer! You'll be able to view park maps, mobile order food, access virtual queues, and more.

    See ya real soon!
