Hi Erick! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
How exciting that you're hoping to spend some time at
Disneyland Resort in just a few short weeks! I have friends at Disneyland
right now and I'm definitely jealous of all the fun they're having! It is quite a conundrum that you purchased
Theme Park Tickets for Walt Disney World Resort instead of Disneyland Resort, but I'm happy to help with any and all advice that I have to give.
Because Disneyland Resort and
Walt Disney World Resort are two completely separate entities unfortunately Theme Park Tickets cannot be interchanged between the two. If you're still hoping to get to Disneyland before the new yEAR you'll need to purchase new Theme Park Tickets for Disneyland Resort. Hakuna Matata though (it means no worries!) because even though your previously purchased
Theme Park Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable you don't have to worry about losing out on the money you spent on your purchase.
Even if you're not planning on making the trek from California to Florida this holiday season you always have the option of changing the dates on your Theme Park Tickets to a date in the future when you will be able to experience
Magic Kingdom,
EPCOT,
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park at Walt Disney World Resort.
As long as your Tickets to Walt Disney World remain unused you'll still retain the value of your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets even if they expire.
I'm sorry if this wasn't the quick fix you were looking for, but on the bright side, you're already halfway to another magical Disney Destination vacation in the future!
