YAY for your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! It’s coming right up, and I am elated to hEAR you’ve already made your Disney Park Pass reservations. That’s one of the most important parts, as you already know, the park passes are required to enter the parks with your theme park tickets.

Pandora - The World of Avatar, and it is the first thing I do because it's such an incredible area!
Lisa, you’re unable to modify your Disney Park Pass reservation; instead, you will have to cancel it and then make a new one. However, before you cancel anything, I would first like you to check to see if there’s park pass availability for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. You can do this by checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar.
Once you’ve confirmed there is availability, you can go ahead and cancel your current park pass by opening up your
My Disney Experience Mobile app and clicking on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right. You will then choose “My Plans” and scroll until you find your Park Pass reservation that you’d like to cancel and select it. There will be an option to “Cancel,” and it will ask who all in the party would like this reservation canceled. After choosing the Guests and confirming, you’re ready to make a new Disney Park Pass reservation!
To make a new one, click on the “+” button on the middle bottom of the screen, and select “Make a Park Reservation.” This will take you to the
Disney Parks Pass reservations page, where you will log in, choose the party going, date, and the theme park, and then confirm. If for any reason, you face issues while doing this, I recommend you chat with a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app. To do this, click on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right again, and scroll down until you see the “Chat With Us” icon, which you will want to select. The Cast Member can look through your account this way and help you, should you need it.
