Welcome to planDisney, Kristen!
Yippie, for planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I love that you’re taking your
two-year-old Mouseketeer to the magic, but as you know, kiddos ages 2 and younger are Mickey Mouse’s Guests and do not require a theme park ticket or a Disney Park Pass reservation. However, please do be sure to add your Mouseketeer to your dining reservations, as Cast Members will need to prepare a high chair and perhaps some fun crayons for your little one to doodle with!
Kristen, I am happy to discuss the steps to reassigning the
theme park ticket to the correct Guest with you! First, you’ll need to open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Second, select the three horizontal lines located on the bottom-right corner and select
Tickets and Passes. Next, you will scroll to the ticket you need to amend and choose the
Reassign Ticket option under said ticket, which will take you to your Family & Friends list, where you can choose the new Guest to assign the ticket. It will also give you an
Add a Guest option, should you need it.
If, for any reason, this does not work, please feel free to chat with a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app. To do this, go back to the app's Home Screen and reselect the three horizontal lines. Then, please scroll down until you see the
Chat With Us option, and once you’re connected to a friendly Cast Member, they will be happy to look into your account to help you!
While you’re here, I would like to mention the
Baby Care Centers to you. These are located in all four theme parks and provide a calming space from the hustle and bustle of the parks for you and your little one. They offer rocking chairs, feeding areas, large changing tables, an area for siblings to watch TV and play while as they wait, and even a small shop in case you’ve forgotten anything you may need.
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Kristen! Have an enchanting time!
Aena
