Hiya, Anna! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to us at planDisney!
Oh, bother! I'm so sorry that your theme park reservation made through the
Disney Park Pass system was accidentally deleted from your plans. Anna, let's see if there's a way that we can turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage before you arrive at
Walt Disney World Resort!
First, I would recommend making a theme park reservation for a park that is available. It appears that
EPCOT is available most days of your trip, so I would secure that reservation first! There is so much to see and do at EPCOT, from scurrying around the kitchen on
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure to enjoying a Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich from
L'Artisan des Glaces to watching one of the newest nighttime spectaculars,
Harmonious!
Next, I would reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members and let them know exactly what happened on your reservation. A little like fairy godparents, these Cast Members do everything they can to add a little pixie dust on a Guest's situation. While nothing is guaranteed, I know that Cast Members always try to stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach. I would recommend
calling a Cast Member right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their kind of magic can sometimes be in high demand. I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust!
Then, continue to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if your desired park shows availability. Guests' plans often shift and change, so it's not unusual for more availability to pop up closer to your trip - even the day before! Keeping a close eye on this calendar and refreshing it throughout the day would be a good next step. If you see some availability pop up, make sure to create your theme park reservation as soon as you can!
Lastly, have you considered adding the Park Hopper option to your current
Theme Park Tickets? If you choose to do this, you will be able to visit your first park where you made a theme park reservation, then you can hop to another park after 2:00 PM! Though park hopping is subject to availability, you'll be notified in the rare occurrence that a park has met capacity through your My Disney Experience app. Park hopping is a great way to multiply the magic on your trip!
While we're talking about the
My Disney Experience app, be sure to download and explore this before your trip! You'll be able to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. My favorite reasons to use this app are to check wait times for rides, view park maps, and even
mobile order food. This is the best way to minimize waits and maximize fun!
Anna, I hope I've given you some steps that you can take that will make each day of your trip the BEST. DAY. EVER! If you have any other questions, please visit us again.
You've got a friend in me!
