In your case, it sounds like you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package and have accidentally, in your My Disney Experience, declined the discounted offer to purchase
Disney MagicBands. Hakuna Matata. I highly recommend calling (407) 939-1936 to speak to a Cast Member and explain your little hiccup. They will be able to help correct the small situation and set you on your way to continue planning. I recommend calling when phone lines open, 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time, for a shorter wait time.
As a sidenote, Guests have the option to also, requests a Keys to the World Card upon arrival at their Walt Disney World Resort or any of the Guest Relations/Ticket Counter. These are hard copy tickets with one of the Disney Fab Five decorated on them. They work the same as a MagicBand and are complimentary for Guests to use as a ticket option. Another new service, which has been added to the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, is the
Disney MagicMobile service. Using your Apple or Google Pay enabled Android device, Guests can create a digital pass and just like the Keys to the World Card and Magic Band, use them in the same manner.
