    I accidentally declined a magicband for a member of group. Now I can’t order through My Disney Experience. How can I get this corrected?

    Hey there, Lora!

    Just like Mickey and Toodles, my MagicBand is one Mousekatool that I can not leave home without. 

    Lora, when taking advantage of the discounted MagicBands that are linked to your reservation in the Disney Resorts Collection, you must make all of your purchases at one time. Once a purchase has been made, or a MagicBand has been declined, you can not go back and receive the special offer. 

    I recommend that you call (407) 939-1936, and see if the friendly Cast Members on the other end of the phone can work a little magic of their own. If not, do not worry, your entire party can still get a MagicBand. 

    What you will want to do is to head on over to shopDisney and see what Mousekatools they have to offer. You will notice that they have different designs than those that you originally selected and even offer pucks and slap bracelets! You are sure to find the perfect fit. 

    Once your MagicBand arrives simply have your party member link their new band to their My Disney Experience Account. If time is not of the essence, you can also wait until you arrive at your magical destination to pick out a MagicBand that is practically perfect in every way.
