    I accidentally deactivated my Disney experience account and wanted to reactivate it. How can I reactivate?

    Oh boy, I'm so sorry to hear that you may have accidentally deactivated your My Disney Experience account! I think the best next step for you to take is to reach out to a Cast Member in Website Support. While nothing can be guaranteed, they will be able to take a look at your account and help you with any next steps that are available to you. Try to have as much information as you can handy, such as the email address associated with your account. However, I want you to know that it appears as though accounts that have been deactivated for over 14 days cannot be recovered. In that case, your best course of action may be to create a new My Disney Experience account.
