How to I access/obtain a copy of my charges after a cruise?

    Hi Marissa,

Welcome aboard planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question to us. I recently returned from an amazing Disney Cruise Line vacation and wanted to review my charges so I could budget for my next cruise, so I'm happy to help with your question!

To view your charges, log in to your Disney Cruise Line account and select Castaway Club under the Already Booked tab. On the Castaway Club page, scroll down to find My Cruises. Under your recent cruise, you should see Download Folio to view your charges. Keep in mind that charges appear on your folio by day. If you pre-paid gratuities for your rotational dining team and stateroom host, those will appear on day one of your cruise charges.

Marissa, did you know that once your first cruise is complete, you become a member of the Castaway Club? You will receive benefits and perks like the opportunity to book new cruise itineraries and cruise activities before the general public. On future cruises, you will receive special gifts on embarkation day to recognize your loyalty. One of my favorite ways to pass the time before my next cruise is to visit the Castaway Club page's Castaway Club Downloads for a touch of Disney magic.

I hope these tips get you on your way to planning your next cruise, Marissa! Please sail by planDisney any time with your questions. We love to help fellow Guests make the most of their vacations.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
