Hi there, Shasta!
Thank you for reaching out to planDisney for help with your cruise plans. It sounds like you've found the perfect sailing for your crew, so I am happy to steer you in the right direction as you plan for this magical vacation. Since no accessible staterooms are available, you can book a regular
stateroom with a verandah. If your scooter will not fit in your selected stateroom, your stateroom host/hostess will assist you once aboard with a proper storage area. They are typically around on that first afternoon to meet new Guests, so this will be the perfect time to figure out where the closest area is, so you know the plan for the rest of the cruise. If you don't happen to see your host or hostess, you can call Housekeeping on your stateroom telephone for assistance. Also, if you require any
Special Services while onboard, please complete the
Special Services request form up to seven days before departure. This will give you a good idea of the types of accommodations available during your cruise.
When you book your cruise, please let us know if you have any other questions about sailing with Disney Cruise Line. One of my favorite things about cruising is that you can choose to be as busy as you'd like to be. The
Cruise Staff will have loads planned, but if relaxation is more your speed, there will be plenty of places to kick your feet up and do just that. It really is the best type of vacation since you have
so many options at your fingertips.
It was a pleasure helping you today, Shasta. Happy planning!
Nancy
