Do you accept digital ID cards to purchase alcohol?

Hiya, Lori! Welcome to planDisney where we have a thirst to help Guests have magical vacations!

To raise a glass in Walt Disney World with an adult beverage, you will need to show proof of age. While your drinks may be spirited, your government-issued identification needs to possess a physical form. Digital ID cards are not accepted.

With your ID in your pocket, some tasty concoctions are awaiting you at Walt Disney World Resort. Before you take flight on Soarin' Around the World at EPCOT, you can enjoy a tequila flight at La Cava Experience. On a recent trip, a friend tried the Blood Orange drink at La Cava and was talking about it days later.

My friend Jenna will tell you Nomad Lounge in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is the best place for something to sip and savor. The Lamu Libation with the best churros in all of Walt Disney World Resort makes for a purr-fect day to enjoy the lions and other wildlife at the park.

Just make sure you bring your proof of age and you can stop and smell the rosé!

Please come back to planDisney with any other questions. We'll spill the Long Island Ice Tea.
