Hello! We absolutely loved our stay in the newly renovated Resort Studio rooms (Big Pine Key Building) and the Grand Floridian. The pillows and mattresses were amazing, and I was wondering what type of pillows and mattresses are used there. Thanks!

Welcome to planDisney, Krystyna! We're glad you stopped by!

Known as Disney's flagship resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa combines Victorian-era elegance with modern amenities. I am so excited about the expansion of the Disney Vacation Club villas in Big Pine Key; it's easy to see why these Resort Studios are some of the most popular rooms on property. The redesign is a night and day difference, and I love the subtle nods to Mary Poppins throughout the decor!

I recently stayed in the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, so I can personally attest to the comfort of the beds in these rooms (although it may also have something to do with the six-plus miles of walking in the parks each day)! The mattresses are Sealy Posturepedic Sayer Prolux Ltd Plush Pillowtop. All of the bedding comes from the Sobel Westex brand, and the pillow is their Sahara Nights Firm model. You can find their products on

I hope you can recreate the same quality of Sleeping Beauty slumber at home, Krystyna! Feel free to send us more questions in between catching those Zs!
