I would like to be able to view my balance on a room-only reservation. How do I retrieve this information online using My Disney Experience? The previous answer from July 2017 does not work with the updated website. Thanks so much for your assistance.

Hi there, Kimberly! Mickey and I are so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel for trip planning advice.

Unfortunately, only guests who have booked a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Package can pull up their reservation on My Disney Experience under "My Reservations and Tickets," see the remaining balance, and make partial (or full) payments. If you have a room-only reservation, you will pay off your balance when you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. If you're a planner like me, then you may want to take care of this before your arrival. To do this, you can speak to a Disney Reservations Center representative at (407) 934-7639.

Another thing you can do ahead of time is Online Check-In, also called Direct-to-Room service. Follow the prompts in My Disney Experience to complete the Online Resort Check-In process, and you can skip the front desk! The Room Ready Notification Service allows guests who arrive earlier than the official 4:00 PM hotel check-in time the option of being alerted that their room is ready through text messages. This feature is perfect for guests who want to explore the theme parks or relax by the pool until their room is available.

We hope to see ya' real soon, Kimberly!
