Are you able to upgrade the mini refrigerator to a larger fridge in the deluxe hotels?

    Dear Diane,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about planning for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I was able to speak with a Cast Member who confirmed that unfortunately, you are not able to have a larger refrigerator in your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room. However, if you have larger packages of medication or medical supplies that must be refrigerated, the hotel concierge can assist you so that you can properly store your items. If that is the case and you would like to make plans for that ahead of time, please contact 1(407) 939-1936 to discuss accessibility at the time of your reservation. If it is not urgent, you can speak to the concierge when you check in to your hotel.

If it is not medical supplies or medications, they will probably not be able to accommodate your desire for extra refrigeration. I will say that the mini-fridges that they do have are quite spacious, though! Also, if by chance you are staying at The Cabins at Fort Wilderness, those do have a full-size refrigerator.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
