Hello, would you be able to tell me about the bakeware and/or casserole dishes I might find when I arrive at Saratoga Springs (2 bedroom villa) in November 2021?

    Hello Shareen!

You are going to love staying in a 2 Bedroom Villa! The only problem with them is that once you stay in one, you won’t ever want to stay in a standard hotel room again! As a family of 6, we almost always stay in a 2 Bedroom Villa and we feel we enjoy our vacations so much more when we have space to spread out, a place to enjoy meals, and the washer and dryer.

The kitchen will come stocked with most major essentials. It looks like maybe you’ll be visiting over the Thanksgiving holiday? You’ll find table service for 8 including plates, silverware, and glassware. You’ll also find potholders, dishtowels, a corkscrew, knives, and serving utensils. Then you should find a broiler pan, a cookie sheet, a 2 quart covered casserole dish, a cutting board, measuring cups and measuring spoons, mixing bowls, a 9 x 13 baking dish, a small serving platter, and a salad bowl. Usually, there is a frying pan, a large pot, and a saucepan. You’ll also typically find a few glass storage containers that work well as additional serving bowls.

I hope this helps as you plan, Shareen! If you were planning to make a full Thanksgiving meal, I think you could do mashed potatoes in the covered casserole dish, green bean casserole or stuffing in the 9 x 13 baking dish, and gravy in the saucepan. The one thing that might be tough would be the turkey itself, but a disposable foil roasting pan would probably work perfectly! Wishing you a delightful meal and a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

    Bon Appetit!
