Hi, Jessica! Thanks for bringing your bloom-tastic question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Epcot's World Showcase is a favorite dining destination for my family, especially when it is hosting one of its outstanding festivals. The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is currently underway, with several festival favorites returning this year. I highly recommend the Violet Lemonade at the Pineapple Promenade, Frushi at Hanami in Japan, and the Beef Brisket Burnt Ends Hash at The Smokehouse in the American Adventure. There are also many yummy looking new entries that I cannot wait to try, especially the Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with Orange Blossom Honey Ice Cream from the aptly named Honey Bee-stro.
While enjoying this festival, you are welcome to use your Disney Dining Plan snack entitlements to purchase any eligible item at the
Outdoor Kitchens. Eligible items are always signified by the purple and white Disney Dining Plan logo next to its description. There is another possible way to use your Disney Dining Plan at this festival. While you cannot use Quick Service entitlements in the usual way at the Outdoor Kitchens, in my experience, you can "swap" one of these meal entitlements for any two items that count as snacks. This swap has to be done in a single transaction and please note that alcoholic drinks are not eligible.
I hope this helps you plan a bee-eutiful day in Epcot! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
