    Am I able to park at a resort if I am not staying there?

    Hello Celia Monique! 

    Welcome to planDisney! First, what a beautiful name! Second, your arrival day is SO CLOSE! I'm so excited for you and hope you are ready for all the magic coming your way!

    So, complimentary standard self-parking is available to guests while they are there to enjoy Resort dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreation experiences. It is not allowed for guests who are not staying at the Resort to park and use other means to enter the Parks. Disney Security is very diligent at checking every car that enters the Resorts to help create a safe environment for all guests. Let them know your intentions when you arrive and they will direct you where to park and for how long. I have done this before when trying out a new-to-me Resort dining location.

    Resort dining is something I highly recommend. I find that some of my favorite meals happen at a dining location at a Resort. Two of my favorite places are Steakhouse 71 at Disney's Contemporary Resort and 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Make sure to try the Bacon & Eggs at Steakhouse 71 as it was the perfect bite! 'Ohana is a family-style all-you-care-to-eat adventure! I love the dinner and make sure to eat my fill of the Honey-Coriander Chicken Wings and Pork Dumplings Tossed in Garlic-Chili Sauce. Also, one of my favorite Resort shops can be found at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The Resort shops tend to be far less crowded and with the same merchandise as the Parks. 

    I do hope you make use of the amazing experiences and shopping that make a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel magical!
