Andrea, you have two options for reaching out to a Cast Member. First, Guests can call (407) 566-4985. Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume so I suggest calling as soon as the phone lines open, 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time. Your second option is using the Chat With Us feature via your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Select the menu button in the lower right-hand corner and scroll down until you find the feature. In both cases, if you do not have a My Disney Experience account for ticket reference, I recommend having your Ticket ID numbers on hand. With some Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust a Cast Member is sure to end your ticket inquiry with a Happily Ever After.
