Am I able to park for free at one of the hotels and eat a meal? Will they let me park if I don't have a dining reservation?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Carrie!

Guests are welcome to park with no fee while enjoying dining or recreation at a Disney Resort Hotel.  At busier times, parking at some resorts may be restricted to registered guests of the hotel and those with dining or other reservations.  As you enter the lot, be prepared to scan your MagicBand and/or present a photo ID.  If parking is restricted, you may be able to valet (fees apply.)  Depending on the resort, you might be directed to an alternate parking location or instructed to park in a theme park parking lot (parking fees apply) and use Disney transportation to reach your destination.  Unfortunately, there is really no way to find out in advance if you'll be able to park without a reservation.  In my experience, a reservation is essential in order to park at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  I have also experienced parking restrictions at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, as well as Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts and Disney's BoardWalk Inn.

I hope that helps!  Please stop by the Moms Panel again with any additional questions you may have.
