Waving hello to you Alaina!
Thanks for bringing your question to us today. I'm happy to assist!
I believe you'll be sailing on a
5-Night Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral which features not one but TWO stops at
Disney Castaway Cay. Color me jealous! My family always tries to pack in a ton of fun to our Castaway Cay days, most recently tackling the Castaway Cay 5k together before some chill time, but it sure would be nice to spread the magic across two days. Who wouldn't love to spend two glorious days on that beautiful beach?
Though I know you're in store for plenty of magic and tons of special memories, unfortunately, I can't guarantee exactly who will stop by for a visit during your sailing. Mickey Mouse and his best pals Minnie, Daisy, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto are almost always sure to make an appearance alongside some princess friends, but the rest is up to chance. Last time we sailed on
Disney Fantasy we enjoyed a Star Wars Day at Sea, but I also remember running into some friends from Neverland and Wonderland. When we sailed on
Disney Dream we even spotted some Green Army Men from Toy Story patrolling the pool deck as well as some other familiar faces.
I reached out to a Cast Member to see if I could get a peek at the Character passenger manifest for your itinerary, but they reminded me that your best bet is to review the
Character Greetings listed in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App when you board the ship on embarkation day. I asked if any superhero friends ever make appearances outside of
Marvel Day at Sea and they said it's certainly possible, but again no guarantees. Marvel Super Hero Academy is available for guests aged 3-12 at
Disney's Oceaneer Club, and Doctor Strange is listed among the potential guests, so I'm crossing my fingers that you'll spot a super celebrity during your voyage. In addition to the scheduled greetings in the app, you may also come across some surprise stowaways, so keep your eyes peeled during your sailing.
I hope this helped Alaina! If we can answer any additional questions please stop back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
