Are you able to use Disney World Salute tickets on the day they expire, which is December 20th, 2024?

    Hi there, Daniella!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for your question!

2024 Disney Military Salute tickets are set to expire on December 20th, the last day you can use them. If you plan on visiting Walt Disney World Resort after the 20th, consider purchasing the Magic Your Way tickets, which you can still use past this date. You can purchase these tickets from Shades of Green Resort by filling out their Advance Ticket Form Request and emailing it to tickets@shadesofgreenresort.zendesk.com. Unlike the Salute tickets, these are already activated, meaning once you upload them to your My Disney Experience mobile app and make Theme Park Reservations, you are good to go!

Oh, what fun! The holiday season is just around the riverbend, and there are many exciting activities and things to see at this time of year. For a fun, park-free day activity, I suggest visiting the gingerbread displays found at most deluxe Disney Resort hotels, including the iconic lifesize gingerbread house at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Visit Disney Springs in the evening and check out the Christmas Tree Stroll, which is always fun! Stop by Gideon's Bakehouse for Hot Cookie Hour (usually there is one in the evenings) as you find each tree, and stop by Disney's Days of Christmas store to pick up the perfect holiday ornament to commemorate your visit!

Daniella, thank you for visiting planDisney! I hope all of this information was helpful and that you have a magical holiday visit to Walt Disney World!

    Magic Awaits!
