Hiya, Tina, and welcome back to planDisney!
It has been a while since we’ve seen you! I am so happy you’ve decided to stop by and ask this question. The
Disability Access Service (DAS) program is part of the reason I fell in love with the Disney parks. There is something so magical about feeling seen and supported!
You will be able to access the DAS Return Time Tool upon your first Theme Park visit. After entering a park, you will open the
My Disney Experience App, then tap on the menu (≡) at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can tap the DAS button to select an attraction to kick off your vacation!
There is also another way to access the DAS tool. While you’re browsing the park map, tap on an attraction to open its details, then tap the DAS button on that page.
Bonus Tip: Check out the
resources available for planning a visit with neurodivergent Guests! One of my favorite resources to use is the
Accessibility Planning Guide and Recommendations. It even includes strategies on what to bring, like name tags and sensory toys. I’ve also found that it’s very helpful to know where the ideal break locations are. This guide provides you with multiple spots for each park!
Tina, I hope this information is helpful and that you all have a wonderful time at the Most Magical Place on Earth! If you need any additional help as you plan, we’ll be happy to see you again here at planDisney!
Sending you faith, trust, and pixie dust,
Karmeen
