Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kimberly! I see you have a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth quickly approaching! You've asked an excellent question, and I'd be happy to offer you my advice.
The answer depends on how you purchased your tickets. Although tickets are always able to be upgraded, the statement on the Walt Disney World website says, "Tickets are nonrefundable and may not be downgraded to a ticket with fewer entitlements." If you bought your tickets separately (meaning not with a package), you will unfortunately not be able to change them to base tickets, also known as the"
1 Park Per Day" tickets.
However, if you booked a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package and are more than 30 days from arrival, you can still modify it. You'll need to call the Walt Disney World Reservation Center at (407) 939-5277 (or contact your Travel Agent if you have one). Ask to see if you can modify all the Guests included in your package to base tickets. Then, once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, you can upgrade anyone who wants the Park Hopper option.
Ticket upgrades must be made in person at the following locations :
*Theme park ticket windows
*
Guest Relations locations*Lobby Concierge at Walt Disney World Resort hotels
I hope this helps, Kimberly! See ya' real soon!
