Hello! Will you be able to cancel a park reservation after you make one if you will not be able to get to the park. Thanks!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jennifer!

As we prepare for Returning to a World of Magic, Walt Disney World Resort will be implementing the Disney Park Pass System.  To manage theme park attendance and foster physical distancing, Guests will need to make reservations for theme park entry using a calendar of available reservation dates on DisneyWorld.com.  In order to make a reservation, valid theme park admission needs to be linked to your My Disney Experience account.

If your plans change and you will no longer be visiting on the date you scheduled your reservation, you may cancel your reservation.  Guests who need to make changes to their theme park reservation will need to cancel and then make a new theme park reservation.

Jennifer, if you have any additional questions about planning your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, please stop by the Moms Panel again.  We are more than happy to help you Know Before You Go.
