It sounds like you have some really important things going on in life though, so I totally understand that a vacation can get pushed down the list. When you're
ready to cancel your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package any amounts paid toward your vacation will be refunded as long as you are more than 30 days out from your check-in date. If your arrival date is the one stated in your question, then you are welcome to cancel now and receive a full refund. This refund includes both your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel room as well as
Theme Park Tickets if you booked a package. The only things that cannot be refunded by Disney are third-party purchases, such as plane tickets, or other purchases from third-party vendors. I suggest calling and speaking with a Cast Member about your situation at (407) 939-1936.
