Ahoy there, Fellow Floridian!
You are about ready to have a hopping good sail aboard your Easter cruise! A Disney cruise is magical any time of the year, but I love celebrating holidays at sea. First - because I love a good theme, and second - mama doesn't have to cook the holiday meal!
You are more than welcome to bring candy aboard for your
Easter baskets.
Cruise rules state that the candy needs to be in its original factory-sealed packaging and must be consumed or unopened before debarkation. If you want to add to your baskets once you're on the ship, the shops have delicious snacks (including Easter treats) and fantastic Disney trinkets. You can also check
Onboard Gifts for holiday-themed surprises that can
be delivered to your stateroom. We did this one year for our kiddos, and the cute backpacks included in the package acted as their "basket."
While onboard, check your
Navigator app, as it will be the place to tell you all the holiday happenings, some of which will be visible as soon as you step on the ship! The lobby will have Easter decor and themed backdrops for photos, and you might just come across a certain Bunny in the halls. Most ships also offer holiday-themed activities, including face painting, an Easter egg hunt, and crafts.
If you have any other questions, you know where to find us. I wish you an
egg-citing sail!
