About Me

A little like Rapunzel, I love to paint, explore the great outdoors, and I have magic hair that glows when I sing. Living in Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood lets me enjoy the perks of both the city and the country, so my husband and I can often be found trying out new restaurants downtown or kayaking in nearby lakes. My day job involves working with kids and students, and my after hours includes diving deep into the stories of Disney animation and Imagineering!

About My Family

We are a happy family of two! Like Carl and Ellie, my husband and I understand that adventure is out there for families of all sizes. As a military spouse, we’ve traveled to galaxies far, far away but have made some of our most magical memories at Walt Disney World Resort! We’re always looking for our next adventure in the great, wide somewhere, but when it’s time to unwind, we can usually be found reading books together or binging action and adventure movies at home with our dog, Oliver (he’s a big Groot fan). We’ve also crossed the finish line together during several runDisney races, from 5Ks to half marathons!

About My Disney Experience

Some of my most favorite moments shared with my most favorite people have taken place at The Most Magical Place on Earth! As a child, I visited Magic Kingdom with my family and my aunt (who flew in from Germany!) where we rode Haunted Mansion and picked up hitchhiking ghosts. I watched the faces of my nieces and nephews light up as we went Soarin’ Around the World in EPCOT. Some of my best friends and I toured Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios where we piloted, crashed, and burned in the Millennium Falcon. My husband and I love to explore the hidden gems in Animal Kingdom, late at night, when Pandora - The World of Avatar literally glows from the ground up. Walt Disney World Resort always has a magical way of creating core memories that last a lifetime.
