About Me

Hey y'all, I'm Lindsey! After gaining my Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Georgia, I've been working as a costume designer for professional and educational theatre in the Atlanta area. Soon after my husband and I started our family, I began blogging at, where I discuss family, food, and fun. My hobby of writing about our two kids soon blossomed into a full-time job that I simply adore. I'm also a self-proclaimed "Disnerd," wearing my #Disneyside on my sleeve (along with my trading pin collection!) and turning every Walt Disney Resort vacation into its own special occasion. Don't forget to share all your Disney-bounding thoughts with me!

About My Family

After marrying my husband in 2008, I dragged him to the Walt Disney World Resort for our first trip together, where we wished upon Cinderella Castle during our "babymoon." He was a Disney Parks fan instantly! Since then, our entire - and often extended - family has made numerous trips to Magic Kingdom Park, where my two little ones hone their love of Disney. My son constantly asks when we can ride the "heigh-ho rollercoaster," even after we have returned home! When my blog demands travel (or I'm simply sneaking off to the parks!), my courageous casting director husband always steps up to the family plate, allowing me to stretch my wings and fulfill my creativity.

About My Disney Experience

I remember my first few trips to the Walt Disney World Resort as a little kid vividly. Ever since I first stood in line for the SkyWay and 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea ride, each trip to the Parks has had its own special occasion, company, itinerary or event. I'm a firm believer in making each trip full of its own magic! I particularly love to share off-the-beaten-path things to do and encourage others to try something new during each vacation. Insider tips are what make a Walt Disney World Resort trip more fun to plan! I'm an avid pin trader, Disney-bounder, and expert in finding what magic lies ahead when helping to plan vacations. Adventure is out there!
