About Me
I am a high school French teacher and librarian who loves coffee, classical music and Disney! I currently live in Canada’s capital, Ottawa, but I originally hail from the small Northern Ontario town of Sturgeon Falls. I am fluent in both of Canada’s official languages: French and English. My love of Disney started with my mom, who would often watch “The Wonderful World of Disney” feature film with me on Sunday nights. When I am not teaching or helping friends and family plan their Disney vacations, I can be found curled up by the fireplace with a good book!
About My Family
I have been married to my guitar rock star/IT Specialist of a husband since 2007! Together, we have a family with two beautiful girls who love nothing more than to belt out their favorite Disney songs from “Descendants” or “Moana.” We love visiting with our extended family of grandparents, aunts and uncles. While we have traveled all over the world, we like to call the Walt Disney World Resort home!
About My Disney Experience
My first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort was actually on my honeymoon in 2007. That is when my husband and I became hooked! Never had we been greeted with such customer service, themed surroundings and magic in the very air we breathed! We had a late arrival and visited Epcot as our first-ever Park experience. We will never forget how we stood there, holding back tears, observing Spaceship Earth from the most magical light-up walkway there is! Years later, the Walt Disney World Resort is now our family’s go-to vacation destination as there is nowhere else that suits all of our interests and caters to all of our needs, including our daughter’s food allergies. Our love of the Disney Parks has spread and we hope to someday visit every Disney Destination!
