Me and my 9 yr son are visiting Disney and hotel 1st time for 3 days in March. Want to plan dinners for two nights. Planning on magic kingdom and Hollywood or animal kingdom. I want a show with sit down for at least one. Any suggestions? And reservation?

    Greetings Michelle!

It sounds like you and your son are in store for a very magical first visit! It's easy to bond over something you both adore and Disney vacations happen to create just the perfect setting for such a memorable trip. The moments you experience and memories you create together will last a lifetime.

If you happen to be visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios during the select nights the new Club Villain dining event is offered I would definitely recommend it. The special experience is debuting in January and will certainly be a fun dance-and-dine event. While you feast on decadent delicacies you be able to visit with a few of Disney's most notorious villains and groove to the beats from the house DJ. When I shared the description with my villain-loving 9-year-old son he couldn't wait to check it out.

If you'll be around Magic Kingdom Park I recommend scheduling dinner at Be Our Guest Restaurant to dine in the forbidden West Wing of Beast's Castle. My son adores the dark and mysterious setting and a quick visit from Beast himself at the end of our meal. More interactive themed dinner experiences are just a short ride away from Magic Kingdom Park at the nearby resorts. You can either enjoy a rootin'-tootin' good time with Disney pals at Mickey's Backyard BBQ or a Hawaiian-themed dinner at 'Ohana--both favorites of ours.

Dining reservations for the first can be made up to 90-days prior to arrival, but for the rest you'll want to book as quickly as possible. If there is anything else I may assist you with, Michelle, please let me know.

    Happy Planning,
