Hi there, Mandy!
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question. I am so excited for your little one to experience the joy and wonder of a Disneyland Resort vacation.
Disneyland Resort takes
food allergies and dietary needs very seriously and is often able to accommodate a variety of
special diets and food requests. You are more than welcome to consult with a Cast Member at all Quick Service restaurants before ordering if you have any questions. When making Table Service dining reservations, please note all allergies at the time of your reservation. Allergy-friendly menus are also often available upon request. I advise looking at menu items before your trip on each restaurant's page on the Disneyland Resort website. You can even email your specific questions to Special.Diets@disneyland.com.
You are also more than welcome to bring some of your own snacks if your child has some go-to favorites. We always take a few snacks or juice boxes for my four year old son in a backpack during our days in the parks. Make sure you view the
Park Rules before packing your items, and note that they will be searched upon arrival to the Disneyland Resort.
This is such a great age for a child to really start appreciating the magic of the parks. My son is so enthralled by meeting Characters, dancing to live music in the parks, and experiencing some of his first thrills on attractions. I just know you will create magical memories that will last a lifetime. If you have any other questions as you plan your trip, please feel free to return. Have a Fantasmic day!
