We have a 2 yr old in our party who doesn't need a ticket, but still has a magic band. Do we need to include him in our fast pass plans?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amy!

In just a couple of months you will be having a magical time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Have you already planned your FastPass+ choices? As a Guest staying at a Disney Resort hotel you are eligible to start making selections up to 60 days before check-in. In my opinion, the easiest way to plan is by using the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Since little Guests under 3 do not need theme park admission tickets, you do not have to include the 2-year-old in your FastPass+ planning. However, the good news is that the child is welcome to join you when you redeem your selections as long as he meets the height requirement. In case he is not able to ride, you can always request Rider Switch service at participating attractions. This is a great feature that allows adults to take turns watching a Guest who cannot ride.

I hope this helps you while planning, Amy! Come back to visit us once again real soon if you have more questions.

    Best magical wishes,
