We have a 15 yr old nonverbal autistic son. Are there any special accommodations for us fir him. Line waiting can be an issue. Or what would you suggest. Thank you

Hello Sharon! Thanks for bringing your great question to planDisney! We are always happy to help Guests!

The Walt Disney World Resort wants every Guest to have a magical vacation! This includes Guests requiring special accommodations. Depending upon the unique needs of your son, he may qualify for Disabilities Access Services (DAS) while visiting the Disney Parks.

DAS allows Guests requiring accommodations to experience the parks in a way that makes for an enjoyable experience. The service is designed to provide accommodations for Guests who are unable to wait in a traditional line queue. To find out if your child qualifies for DAS, you will need to visit Guest Relations upon your arrival at any of the four Disney Parks. A Cast Member from Guest Services will meet with you to help determine the level of accommodation needed.

Sharon, I hope your family has the perfect vacation!
