Hello, Robert!
As a mom to a son with special needs, I have found that the Walt Disney World Resort accommodates our needs. I believe with a little planning your family will have a wonderful vacation experience.
Since your daughter has specific foods and textures she prefers, I recommend that you contact the
Special Dietary Requests team at least 14 days prior to your arrival. This team will be able to offer advice as to accommodations for your specific situation. You can email them at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com
You may want to consider ordering specific items that your daughter prefers from a grocery delivery service like Garden Grocer or WeGoShop. Yogurt, oatmeal or macaroni and cheese cups, are nice "on the go" meals while in the park. Keep in mind that restaurants will not be able to store, cook or reheat your food. While in the parks, you can take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers to heat-up a meal, go to the restroom or take a break from the busy parks.
I hope I have answered your question, Robert. Please reach out to me if you have further questions!
