We have a 4 & 2 yr old & will need a stroller, but hoping to avoid lugging one along with us and paying to check it at the airport. Our trip is from June 5-9; is there is a chance that the park will run out of rentals or any other reasons to bring

    Hi Kerry!

You should not have any problems during that time of year; is my opinion, there's only a risk that the parks will run out of strollers during the busiest days of the year, such as Christmas Day.

However, you should consider taking your own stroller.  Stroller rental at Walt Disney World is relatively expensive; in fact, many guests have complained that they can rent a car cheaper than they can rent a stroller at the parks!

Also, your children will feel more comfortable in their own stroller.  Finally, the strollers at Walt Disney World are relatively large, and, in my opinion, look uncomfortable for a 2 year old.

Depending on the airline you are flying, you may not be charged for the stroller if you don't check it at the counter and instead push it all the way to the plane at the actual boarding gate (where it will be taken away from you until you land).  I recommend calling your airline for specifics, but explain to them that you want to keep your children in the stroller until you actually board the aircraft!

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
