I have a 3yr old who is medically restricted to pediasure for his diet. I was told that we could not remove him from our DDP. The cast member suggested that we use the credits for our 5yr old instead. Is this true & how will it work? Will we be questio

    Hi Cassondra,

It sounds like the Cast Member with whom you spoke made a very useful suggestion.  When you sign up for any Disney Dining Plan, the number of credits you receive is dependent upon the number of people on your room reservation.  However, anyone can use those credits once they have been placed on your room key.  Therefore you can use all of them for your other child.  Simply explain to the Cast Member waiting on you at any Disney restaurant that you will only be using one credit for a child's meal when you sit down to dine.  The other child is on a restricted diet and will not be ordering from the menu.  This should be no problem.  As a company, Disney is unique in its exemplary commitment to accommodate the wide variety of needs among the guests they serve.

Have a magical vacation and don't hesitate to post additional questions to the Moms Panel if there's anything else with which we can help you.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
