Great name by the way ;-) Your trip is literally around the corner. Are you too excited to sleep yet?!
Right now Captain Barnacles and The Octonauts are helping creatures in the oceans and are not currently appearing in any of the parks at Disney World.
Perhaps there are other favorite characters that your 3 year old would like to meet that you can create some excitement over and divert the attention away from not meeting any of The Octonauts. Let us know if you need help locating any others before your trip.
One thing that I think your little one would really enjoy is
Disney Junior - Live on Stage! at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It is very popular with preschool children and the performance includes characters from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Princess Sofia and Doc McStuffins. Times Guides as you enter the parks, at most merchandise locations and Guest Relations.
