Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Samantha. We're so glad to hear you'll be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort this Spring! Magic will be blooming all around you!
Exploring the theme parks with a little one in tow always makes for priceless memories. Your heart will just melt when you see your little guy immersed in the magic of Disney storytelling! To answer your question, your 2-year old doesn't need anything to enter the theme parks. Children under the age of 3 are special Guests of Mickey Mouse and don't need a ticket or theme park reservation! Isn't that great?
Your son will need a mask, though, as
face coverings are required for all Guests ages 2 and up. I had some concerns about how my little one would handle wearing a mask in public spaces, but she's been great! She especially loves her patterned masks and enjoys choosing one to wear each day. If your son isn't accustomed to wearing a mask yet, I recommend practicing on short outings ahead of your visit.
A stroller will be a must-have for your Disney vacation.
Strollers are available to rent from all four theme parks and Disney Springs, but you are also welcome to bring your personal stroller from home!
If you choose to bring your stroller, just be sure that it's no larger than 31" in width and 52" in length.
