Have 1&4 yr old as well as hubby(not crazy about disney holiday). We are looking at Jambo, Kidani, and Wilderness lodge. What golf is located near each and is it better to stay at Wilderness lodge for Magic kingdom activities - boys LOVE animals too?

Hi Vonnie!  My suggestion for your family vacation is to stay at the Wilderness Lodge.  It is a beautiful and quiet resort located right on the waters of Bay Lake.  It has wonderful amenities that include great pools, fishing, boating, and arcades.  It is a wonderful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.

You are just a short boat ride away from the entrance to the Magic Kingdom so it is very convenient to come and go all day.  Great for families that like to enjoy rides in the morning and then back to their resort for the afternoon rest to only return maybe for a dinner and more attractions in the evening.

You are close to many of the golf courses at Disney and you can read more about the courses and get more information by going to this site.  Complementary transportation from select resorts via taxi is provided.  You request the valet staff to call for a cab and arrange that through them.

Since your boys love animals I would definitely take a day and spend it at the Animal Kingdom park.  You can reach that park via bus from your resort.  You can read up on the rides and attractions on the disney website, .

I believe once your husband spends some time at Disney and sees all the wonderful opportunities for fun beyond the parks he will wonder why you didn't go sooner!  As you plan if you have any questions please write back to the panel and we will help you along the way.
