Our 3yr old is extremely picky and will definitely not eat anything on Akershus lunch menu. Will the price be the same for her even though she will not be eating?

    Hi Jennifer!

For Disney Character Dining, the price per person includes your meal, character experience and in the case of Akershus, a printed photo package. The set price will be charged per person in your dining party.

There are however a few options to consider to make your visit enjoyable and to ensure that your 3yr old doesn't leave hungry! Mention your little one's food aversions and dislikes to your server. He or she will advise you of any additional options which although not printed on the menu, may be available from the kitchen. Quite often, dining locations are equipped with simple standbys such as the good ol' PB&J sandwiches, just for little ones like yours!

Alternatively, consider changing your dining reservation to a breakfast experience at Disney Princess Storybook Dining rather than the lunch time reservation. I find the breakfast menu to be more palate-pleasing for all ages and frequently recommend it to family, friends and Guests of the Moms Panel. To check availability to change your reservation, call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE and a Cast Member will be pleased to assist you.

Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question. I hope you'll write me back again soon if I can assist you further in your planning!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Jennifer!
