I have a 4yr old that doesn’t use a stroller anymore, but with the extensive walking, should I consider brining an umbrella stroller just in case??

    Greetings Melissa!

Thanks again for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm really excited for your family vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth. There is definitely a lot of exploring, fun, entertainment, and yes, walking, during your days at the Disneyland Resort theme parks. While this is a personal decision, I would probably recommend trying out a stroller for your little one. With so much excitement for children during the day, I have seen and heard of many children using strollers while at the Disneyland Resort even if they don't typically use one at home. This may be especially helpful in the evenings if you want to enjoy some nighttime entertainment when your child may be too sleepy to walk.

You can choose to bring a stroller from home or rent a stroller while at the theme parks. Rental strollers can be used daily at Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and the Downtown Disney District, but must be returned by the end of each day. If your child falls asleep at the parks in the stroller at the end of the night, it may be beneficial to bring one from home so that you can leave Disneyland Resort property with your stroller and take it to your final destination.

I hope this was helpful, and I can't wait for you to make some magical memories!
