My DH, 4 yr old, and I want to get a Disney dining plan. However, my parents will be vacationing with us in a family suite and do not want the dining plan. My father can't have desserts. Do you have to purchase a dining plan for everyone in your party

    Hello Stephannie!

Unfortunately for everyone staying in the same room, in this case a family suite, all the components to your vacation must match.  Everyone will have to have the same tickets and dining plan if you choose to elect this component to your vacation.  The only time where this will differ is if you have a reservation that consists of two rooms.  For example if you reserved two rooms for your vacation with you, your husband and your 4 year old staying in room 1 and your parents staying in room 2 your parents would not have to participate in the dining plan.  As long as everyone who is staying in room 1 has the exact same components (tickets and dining plan), they can have different components to their vacation package than guest staying in room 2.  This same is for room 2, as long as your parents both have the exact same options to their package it is okay for their selections to differ from your family in room one.  I hope this helps and please visit us again if you have anymore questions!

    Enjoy your "Disney Time!"
