    14 yr old daughter going disneyland with her 8th grade class. Are the disneland gift cards usable at food establishments ? I am concerned with her having enough cash etc in the park. She will be there from open to close.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your daughter is going to have the time of her life with her friends at the Happiest Place on Earth. What a fun experience for her to gain some independence while you can be content knowing that she is in a safe environment!

    I think Disney Gift Cards are the perfect way for you to budget your daughter's spending as well as provide a secure method of payment for food and merchandise at the parks. Disney Gift Cards are accepted almost everywhere within the Disneyland Resort. This includes merchandise locations, Quick Service and Table Service Dining, snack carts, and even in some Downtown Disney District locations. Before you leave, you can even register your gift cards online in case they are lost or stolen. Even I personally love using these in the parks as a way for me to budget for my trips without having a credit card bill waiting for me when I'm done with my vacation!

    Disneyland Resort is such a fun destination for families of all ages, but teens especially will love the thrills, meeting their favorite Characters, and enjoying food that is almost too cute to eat but perfect to showcase on social media. There are also some super cute photo ops that are popular with teens so make sure she has her camera ready!
