I have a 2 yr old boy, 4 yr old girl, and 12 yr old girl. With only 1 day for a visit to Disney World, which theme park do you recommend for our family to have the most memorable time?

Hi Mahi! It is so hard to narrow down to spend only one day at Walt Disney World but it is definitely exciting that you can do at least one day and I am sure your children will find it memorable as you hope.

I strongly suggest you spend that one day in the Magic Kingdom park. It usually has the latest hours of all parks so you can spend one long entire day if you wish.  There are many great attractions that will thrill all of your children. Fantasyland will be a favorite spot for your two and four year olds. Your twelve year old will likely enjoy more of the thrill rides. Then there are many good attractions where everyone will find themselves having a great time such as Mickey's Philharmagic show.

Besides attractions you will have the opportunity to enjoy some great street entertainment. Main Street is the heart of this and don't forget to try to stop at Casey's Corner to listen to the piano player outside.  This park is also where you can find almost every Disney character for meet and greets so bring your autograph book and camera or phone.

There is a multitude of dining options here as well. The table service spots such as Crystal Palace and Liberty Tree Tavern are hard to get reservations. Be Our Guest is one of the toughest on property but don't fret as there are great quick service spots. Casey's Corner and Columbia Harbour House are my favorites.

Finally, definitely take time to see the Magic Kingdom parades and fireworks. There will be a street parade around noon.....pick up the Times Guide when you enter the park for the latest times of the events....and a daily 3pm parade. Then there will be a night time parade as well as fireworks. They are all fabulous and if you would like to know more about them please just send us questions and we will be glad to steer you in super spots to view them all.
