My 17 yr old autistic son wants nothing more but to "meet his princesses." I made an ADR at Akerhaus. Will we look out of place?

    Hi Jaynee:

Disney World is all about making dreams and wishes come true for all kids and adults. If your son wants to meet his princesses, I know for a fact that the princesses also want to meet your son and will treat him like a prince.

While that Guests at Akershus vary, you will likely find more girls there than boys. I can't promise there will be other teenage boys at the restaurant, however, you may see other boys there. Even if the other boys at the restaraunt are only there because they have sisters, the boys at Akershus tend to end up enjoying all the attention they get from the princesses.

At the end of the day, you and your son have to make the decision on his comfort level, but the Disney princesses would love to meet him, and I doubt any Guest will bat an eyelash.

    Enjoy your vacation.
