This yr, we will be there during the event. How disruptive is this to the normal activities of the Park? 1 son is a grazer/moocher. He hits every sampling when we just go to Costco. How will this impact him? What are some of the exhibits free?

    Hi there PT,

I wasn't clear on what event you are referring to, but based on your question, I'm guessing you are speaking about the International Food and Wine Festival at Epcot.  This is one of my family's favorite special events at Walt Disney World.  Food lovers, warehouse snackers and adventurous diners alike are generally in heaven during this fall tradition at Epcot.  During the festival, the World Showcase is speckled with kiosks offering amazing culinary delights from all over the world.  I like to eat my way through Costco too, but I have to be honest.  It has nothing on Epcot during Food and Wine!  In order to enjoy the festival's offerings, you can either pay for tapas ala carte, or purchase a card that allows you to enjoy several stops.  During the festival, there are generally free cooking demonstrations and exhibits that your family can enjoy as well.

Have a wonderul visit, and bon apetite!
