We (4yr daughter, husband & myself) are planning a trip to disney sept 12-19. Do you know if they will be offering the 4 3free at that time. also, when does the free dinning start in the fall? Any other ideas on saving cash would be very much apprec

What a great time to visit Disney World. The heat and humidity should be mostly gone just like the summer crowds. Disney's current buy 4 get 3 free promotion is an incredible deal! At this time the promotion runs on select dates thru 08/15/09. You can find the information on this promotion here. At this time that deal has not been extended past these travel dates, but it is always a possibility.

Disney World has offered free dining for many years. It typically includes travel from late August until late September. There has yet to be an announcement if this will be offered again this fall, but given it's past popularity, I expect to see it return. The offer is usually announced in early April and must be booked by a June date.

If neither one of these deals are available for your travel dates you can still make your Disney trip on even a tight budget. Disney offers a large selection of resort rooms at value prices, be sure to check www.disneyworld.com for current offers. Another great place to check for deals is www.mousesavers.com. Other suggestions include eating breakfast in your resort room and carry snacks and water with you to the parks to save on food costs. Set a budget for daily expenses and put each day's money in a seperate envelope. This will prevent you from exceeding your daily allowance. If you are a AAA member, check any offers they may have. The Disney resorts offer numerous free activities like movie nights or a nightly camp-fire sing-a-long at Fort Wilderness. By planning ahead and deciding on your available budget, you will be able to find the vacation that fits your pocketbook.

Hope you have an amazing time!
